Brad Mills: Founder and President
Brad is an educator who has taught school for the past 11 years. His teaching career has taken him to various locales in Manitoba, including a three year stint in a fly-in community where he enjoyed the fishing and hunting of a lifetime. Brad was also the principal of a junior high school in central Manitoba where the deer and goose hunting, and walleye fishing was, to say the least, incredible! Its no surprise that Brad has always accepted teaching positions that allow him to partake in his passion, the outdoors. Brad now resides in his hometown, Deloraine, where he honed his skills as an hunter and fisherman. Deloraine is at the base of the beautiful Turtle Mountains which are the home to Whitetail deer, moose, turkey, and without a doubt support some of the finest water fowling in the world. It is no accident that Brad chose to return to his roots.

Brad was also a very active athlete, playing hockey and baseball. Much of Brad’s early life was spent juggling his sports career with his love for the outdoors. Although Brad has put his sports days behind him, he still competes in sports vicariously through the many high school and provincial sports teams he coaches.

Brad also enjoys writing about the outdoors and about the importance of continuing youth hunting and fishing education for the upcoming generations. Brad is currently working on a mentorship hunting program that will allow young hunters to learn from experienced hunters, giving kids an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Brad’s dedication to hunting and fishing has allowed him to become a very knowledgeable consultant. Brad is a licensed guide in the Province of Manitoba and has gained a deep understanding what outdoorsmen expect when in the field. When Brad is not hunting or fishing, he is dreaming of hunting and fishing.

Dave Mills: Chief Consultant
Dave is the older brother of Brad. Dave also returned to his hometown of Deloraine after his hockey career was over. Dave is an active member in many wildlife organizations and is a licensed taxidermist. Dave also spends the majority of his fall guiding. Dave has a reputation as a skilled whitetail hunter and has taken some extremely fine deer in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Dave can brag of having a 100% success rate in his archery moose guiding, as most bow hunters know that this is not an easy feat. This past archery season Dave and one of his clients both arrowed Black Bears over the 600 Lbs. class. Dave’s knowledge of big game animals and water fowl guide experience makes him an invaluable resource to this company. It is extremely easy to see once you meet the Mills brothers that their love for the outdoors is surpassed by few.
